Shipping policy
Here at Naughty Knobs we value you as a customer and know you want your package shipped out to you as soon as possible and to arrive as safely as possible.
Therefor, we recommend with all our products that you purchase the premium Courier option as the shipping method as this is a trackable and safest method of postage. For any items that are non-tracked we will not offer a Refund.
For shipping we always use tracked shipping for our products shipped out. non tracked by customers request.
We check all address's to make sure they are valid. It is the buyers/customers discretion to make sure the delivery address is correct. If you enter the incorrect address that product will be returned to sender at the cost of the buyer/customer.
Our providers consist of NZ Post, New Zealand Couriers and Courier Post New Zealand.
Courier times vary. With busy times. Holidays, Covid 19 restrictions etc delivery time may be slower than usual or advertised.
Once a product is shipped we will not refund for that item due to a change of mind/delays in shipping.
New Zealand:
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, unless stated within the product description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Typical delivery time is 2-3 business days. With rural delivery potentially taking up to 2 days longer.

International:
Extra processing time may be required, but your order will usually be en-route to you within 5 business days of payment confirmation, unless stated within the product description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- Typical delivery time is 2-4 weeks. There may be added delays due to world events and unforeseen circumstances.
General Information
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If we are expecting these delays to be significant, we will be in touch and notify you via email as soon as possible.
All items shipped by us match the condition of our product descriptions, so if your item arrives damaged, chances are it was damaged in transit. If this happens, let us know and file for compensation through the courier company. We will work with you to get this issue resolved.
